The Presidium OTi Test Device is designed to distinguish colorless
diamonds from CVD/HPHT lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and common diamond simulants (glass, sapphire, zircon).
This device is used by jewelers and diamond wholesalers to accurately identify natural and synthetic diamonds, ensuring the reliability of the trade.

    Features

    • Automatically turns off UV light when not in use, ensuring user safety.
    • The touchscreen is resistant and durable.

    • Stylish and ergonomic design makes it portable and easy to use.

    Technical Specifications

    • Able to test all colorless polished diamonds with a minimum stone surface width of 1.6 mm in diameter or proportional cuts of 0.06 carats.
    • Operates with 3 x AAA rechargeable/non-rechargeable lithium batteries or can be powered using a USB cable with a power bank.
    • Battery life: Up to 1.5 hours of continuous use.

    Key Features

    • Detects colorless diamonds produced in the lab using CVD/HPHT methods, all types of moissanite, and common diamond simulants (such as glass, sapphire, and cubic zirconia).
    • Provides instant results using both optical and thermal technologies in a single probe.
    • Can test both loose and mounted diamonds in all jewelry settings.
    • Reduces equipment downtime with Replaceable Probe Technology.

    SYNTHETIC DIAMOND

Synthetic diamonds are types produced in a laboratory environment by applying
artificial process. They are divided into two as CVD and HPHT.It is quite difficult to distinguish it from real diamonds, and it is distinguished by gemology laboratories using special devices.
With PRESIDIUM OTi which Presidium has just released, it can be tested whether the diamonds are produced in real, mossanite or laboratory environment (CVD, HPHT).

    MOISSANITE

Moissanite stone is naturally formed in the world known as silicon carbide
is a mineral. It is brighter than all known gemstones. From 1893, the French scientist Dr. It was discovered by Henri Moissan and named moissanite in memory of him.
It is the hardest stone after diamond (9.25). PRESIDIUM OTi is used to distinguish moissanite from diamond and laboratory stones "
